  • What is TNW València ?

    TNW València is a 2-day technology event that brings international tech executives, top-tier investors, scale-ups, and startups together for unique insights into the future of tech.

  • When and where will the conference take place?

    Our first TNW València event will take place at La Marina de Valencia on Thursday, March 30, and Friday, March 31, 2023.

    Registration opens at 08:30 on both days. TNW Partners can access as of 07:30.

  • What can I expect from the conference?

    We are excited to bring a new premier tech event to Valencia.

    TNW València has all the benefits of a conference (business, networking, quality content), with the vibe of a festival (drinks, live music, drinks, chill room, drinks).

    We'll welcome 2,000 attendees, 100+ speakers, and 50+ exhibitors, 300+ startups, 75+ investors for an experience you’ll never forget.

  • What is your refund policy?

    There is a 14-day 'change of mind' policy that allows you to request a refund without having to pay any processing fees. If you are looking to cancel your order, please fill out this form within 14 days of purchase.

    After these 14 days, your tickets have become non-refundable. However, you are allowed to change the name on the ticket and you can therefore give your ticket to a colleague, client, or friend.

  • Can I get an invoice instead of a Pro-forma?

    Once we have received your payment an invoice will be downloadable from your ticket page. In case a Pro-forma invoice doesn't cut it for you and you need to have an invoice first, please email [email protected] to get assistance on this.

  • Can I get in contact with a rep to sponsor and/or exhibit at the conference?

  • Can you remove the VAT from my invoice?

    Articles 53 & 54 of the VAT Directive include a specific guideline for (international) events, stating VAT must be charged in the country where the actual event takes place.

    Business to customers (B2C) services relating to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment, and similar activities will be taxed at the place where those activities actually take place [Article 54 of the VAT Directive].

    Business to business (B2B) services in respect of admission to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment, and similar events will be taxed at the place where those events actually take place [Article 53 of the VAT Directive].

    Please refer to your tax advisors to check if/how this tax can be (partially) reclaimed.

  • Can I order a ticket now, and pay for it later?

    Depending on the type of ticket, this is indeed an option. When prompted for payment, simply opt to 'pay later' (if available). You will be able to insert your bank details and create an invoice. After that, you'll have 14 days to transfer the funds via a bank transfer, or online using a credit/debit card, PayPal, or iDeal.

  • Can I order a ticket now, and choose the name of the person later?

    Yes, you can re-assign your ticket to someone else at a later date.

    You can access your dashboard by clicking on the order management link in the email containing your registration confirmation. Locate 'edit details' to change the name on the ticket.

  • Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

    Yes, you are allowed to pass your ticket on to another person. Tickets are transferable to another person for up to 24 hours before the event starts.

    If you are looking to give your ticket to someone else, please click on the order management link in the email containing your registration confirmation. Locate ‘edit details' to change the name on the ticket.

  • Do you have special ticket prices for startups?

    Yes, we do! Please visit the TNW València for Startups page to learn more about how you can join us at the conference.

  • Can I get a ticket for just 1 day?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a 1-day ticket for TNW València.

    However, you can transfer your ticket before the event to someone else. Tickets are transferable to another person for up to 24 hours before the event starts.

  • How do I use my promo code?

    Applying your discount code is easy!

    Visit the ticket page, choose your type of pass, and click "get tickets". Next, you'll be taken to the Order Summary. Underneath your ticket order, you will see "Enter promo code".

    Click the link to reveal a box where you can enter your promo code. Hit "Apply" to see how much you have saved!

  • What types of discounts do you offer?

    We send our promos and discount codes to our subscribers in our Newsletter. However, it is always worth checking the website and our social media accounts, as we're sometimes running special promos where you can grab yourself a steal.

    Codes are valid for a limited time only, and can only be used by individual customers, as explained in the T&Cs. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promos at any time.

  • When is the latest that I can purchase tickets online?

    Ticket prices increase periodically but will remain available as long as the max capacity of 2,000 people hasn't been reached.

  • Where can I pick up my badge?

    You can pick up your badge upon arrival at the event at the registration desk.

  • What sort of food & drinks will be at the event?

    We’ll have several food trucks offering different types of food such as pizza, burgers, poke bowls and we’ve even got an ice cream stand. Payments is card only.
